Obtain Cleaning Service for Uva Province – DGM/HR/RDB/2020/067
- The Chairman, Procurement Committee, Regional Development Bank, No 933, Kandy Road,
Wedamulla, Keleniya now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for providing cleaning service to RDB (28 Locations) as described below.
- Contract Period- Two Years.
- To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall meet the following requirements.
- The bidder shall be a reputed local company having experience in providing similar type of Cleaning Service at least for last Three (03) years.
- Average annual value of Cleaning Service performed in last three years shall be at least Rs. 5 million per annum (2017/2018/2019).
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Regional Development Bank, No 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Keleniya and Uva Regional Office, 315/1, Passara Road, Badulla from 21st October 2020 until 09th November 2020 from 09.00hrs to 15.00hrs upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs 1,000/=.
Obtain IT Support Service for RDB – DGM/HR/RDB/2020/068
- The Chairman, Procurement Committee, Regional Development Bank, No 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Keleniya now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for providing IT Support Service to RDB (Nine Districts) as described below.
- Contract Period- Two Years.
- To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall meet the following requirements.
- The bidder shall be a reputed company having experience in providing similar type of IT Support Service at least for last Four (04) years(2016-2019).
- Average annual value of IT Support Service performed in last three years shall be at least Rs.8 million per annum (2017/2018/2019).
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Regional Development Bank, No 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Keleniya from 21st October 2020 until 09th November 2020 from 09.00hrs to 15.00hrs upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs.2,000/=.
General Instructions
Bids shall be addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Regional Development Bank, No 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Keleniya, should be sent through the registered post and receive on or before 2.00pm on 10th November 2020. You should indicate “Tender Name” and “Tender No” on the top left side of the envelop. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
Bid shall be valid up to 91 days from the date of bid opening.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of above mentioned amounts, which shall be valid for a period of 91+28 days from the date closing of bids. (10th November 2020 to 08 March 2021)
Selected bidder should be submitted performance bond Rs. 100,000.00 and Rs. 200,000.00 respectively and insurances cover should be submitted for Cleaning Service which shall be valid for two years.
